Rate: £500 per day outside

Essential The client is looking for some has managed at least 2x staff and is keen to manage more staff over time
Home working: Based in Southeast London each day, then after 3 months can do 1 day a week home working
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within waste to energy.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in the Southeast London.
The successful Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Sub-contractor procurement and final accounts
- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work.
- Measuring and valuing the work done on site.
Key Experience for this Freelance Managing Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 10 years' experience with JCT/FIDIC/IChem E Experience
- Knowledge of Civils & M& E measurement under CESMM
- Must have managed at least two QSs.
- Experience of subcontracts more than £20m
- Experience within mechanical and skilled in contractual writing.
