Salary:
£30000-£40000 DOE
Location: Fully Remote (Office based in Warwickshire)
The Architectural Technologist Role:
A well-established, flexible and collaborative Architectural practice is looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join the team on a full-time, remote basis. The role will include the delivery of the planning, Building Regulations, detailing and specification stages of projects and the successful candidate will need to be able to produce fully coordinated construction drawings to a high standard using Revit.
The client are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge, self sufficiency and the ability to work with mimnimal supervision.
To be considered for the Architectural Technologist position:
- Architectural related degree
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC
- A minimum of 3 years experience is required working on Residential projects in the UK
