We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Manager to join a UCaaS/CCaaS Provider in the US, to recruit strategic Microsoft Wholesale MSPs/CSPs/ISVs and other similar partners to sell and implement Operator Connect/Calling to customers in North America.

Partner Manager

The Partner Manager role must achieve the assigned revenue quota and is responsible for building the program's sales productivity via training, mentoring and onboarding new partners, with a revenue quota assigned after the initial 60-day ramp period.

Key Responsibilities for this Partner Manager role:
-Annual quota is based on $13,000 of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
-Collaborating to transform their business vision to successfully pursue & win customer-facing opportunities.
-Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting partners. Train and support their ongoing sales and implementation cycles.
-Collaborate with marketing and our partner marketing to create a demand generation strategy to hit agreed upon sales targets.
-Provide accurate sales forecasts and perform margin management.
-Identifying "high performing" as well as "under-performing" partners and taking the necessary actions to address these evaluations.
-Act as sales point of on larger complex deals to promote the value of our solutions to ensure their selling and implementation efforts are successful.

Key Requirements for this Partner Manager role:
-5+ years Strategic Alliances/MSP Partners and/or Channel Partners experience in the UCaaS/CCaaS space.
-Ability to onboard Microsoft Wholesale MSPs within a short-timeframe, through existing relationships/contacts.
-Strong working knowledge of Channel Development and Enablement
-Proven ability to deliver revenue against an agreed plan, developing a new distribution channel through a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
-Ability to articulate business requirements in technical terms.
-Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
-Strong working knowledge of MFST O365, Collaboration tools and Sales Enablement.
