This is a great opportunity for a Senior Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager to join a Tier 1 Telecommunication company based in Reading.
Your role as a Senior Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager will allow you to bring in fresh ideas and innovation to build their new wholesale platform and driving all billing activity, whilst using your technical expertise to migrate from legacy systems, ensuring continuity throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager role:
- Management of customer billing and cash collection - adhering to KPIs
- Building, designing and operating billing platform and monitoring/migrating from legacy systems.
- Deliver effective reporting on customer invoicing, aged debt performance, KPI performance which will feed into associated scorecards and management information.
- Support the finance team with month end requirements with revenue reporting.
- Ensure billing/payment processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Be a point of contact for billing queries internally with customers and drive continuous improvement.
Key Requirements for this Senior Billing and Revenue Assurance Manager role:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working within a wholesale billing and revenue assurance role.
- Strong understanding and commercial awareness of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Must have a strong technical background of working with Salesforce
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- NetSuite experience desirable
- Experience with building and implementing processes around billing.

- Competitive salary up to £80,000
