Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways Project
Location: Bliston, West Midlands
Engagement: Outside IR35 - Hybrid
Rate: Up to £450 Exp Dependant
Contract Length: 18 Months (View to go Perm)
My client is seeking a talented individual to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results on this high-profile project (Highways temporary Barriers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with tier 1 clients such as Balfour, Highways England, and National Highways.
- Lead and manage a variety of projects, including addressing barriers on the highways.
- Provide confident and effective direct reports.
- Ensure project financials are accurately tracked and reported.
- Contribute to the success of the project through your expertise in quantity surveying.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong background in highways projects.
- Exceptional project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with tier 1 clients.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Contract Type: 18-Month Contract (with potential for permanent role) Working Arrangement: Hybrid Setup (1 - 2 days working from home, with flexibility)
