We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee prestigious internal fitout projects for blue chip companies in Dublin city and the greater Dublin area. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality projects with a well-established construction firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and tradespeople on site.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to resolve any project-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager on similar projects in Ireland.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering internal fitout projects for blue chip clients.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive package ranging from €80,000 to €95,000, depending on experience.
