I am currently working with a contractor who are looking for a Sub-Agent/ Site Agent on a contract basis to work on Concrete works in North Nottinghamshire
I am looking for a Sub-Agent who has experience in Concrete, Drainage, Earthworks and Civil Engineering works including Reinforced Concrete.
Key essentials for a Sub-Agent:
Worked as a Sub-Agent or Site Agent previously (or willing to take the step up)
Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
Worked on FRC works previously in the Civil Engineering sector
Excellent communication skills
Communicate well with key stakeholders, site teams and client
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
Able to pass information on to the Planner for programming
This position needs someone with an SMSTS and CSCS card, Health and Safety ticket would also be preferrable
The role itself will be site based, so we are wanting candidates who are willing to travel to sites/ the office in North Nottinghamshire
This is an Outside IR35 role and can be paid CIS or LTD
and the client are looking to pay circa £340 - £360 a day. This is a 6 month contract with the potential of extensions dependant on the other project wins the company has.
