This construction project, which will be situated 160 Front St. W, in the heart of Toronto’s financial district will see a 230 metre tower with 1.2-million square feet of office space and more than 12,000 square feet of retail space. The tower will feature a curved profile on all exterior walls and will incorporate the masonry of a 70-year-old, six-storey heritage building previously located on the site.
Bloor Yorkville Residences
This project will have 551 condo units in a mix of one, two and three-bedroom suites, along with two floors of amenities panning 20,000 square feet. The completion date for the project is fall 2023.
Regal Paza Corporate Centre
This $104m, will see a 335,650-square-foot mixed-use development at Dixon and Martin Grove roads east of Pearson airport. The building will be home to an 11 storey Staybridge Suites Hotel, consisting of 93 rooms, two underground parking levels as well as a cafe and retail shops, while levels two through four will house an estimated 65,000 square feet of commercial condos.
