1. Research the company
“Make sure that you do your research on the company you are interviewing for, there’s two reasons why. It shows you are interested, as you can mention what you know during the interview. Plus, it allows you to really make sure the company you’re interviewing with is going to be right for you.”

2. Help us help you
“Add us to the list of people you should never lie to: your lawyer, your therapist and your recruiter. Don't be afraid to share the not-so-great information with us too (gaps in employment, terminations, etc.), so that we can discuss the best way to frame your experience and position you in the market, and so that we can be prepared to speak about any of those issues should they come up during the hiring process.”
