-Develop and oversee comprehensive project timelines, ensuring on-time completion.
-Monitor and control project budgets, including costs for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
-Coordinate and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain efficient workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals and expectations are met.
-Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Experience required for this Assistant Project Manager role:
-Proven track record managing multifamily residential projects, including new construction and renovations.
-Experience in developing and managing project budgets, ensuring costs stay within forecasted limits.
-Strong background in creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
-Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
-Familiarity with securing permits and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations.
Package Offered:
- $100,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
