The Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working closely with Senior and Managing QSs to develop your commercial knowledge and take on increasing responsibility across live projects, including:
- Assisting with cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and final accounts
- Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
- Developing your understanding of risk management and contract admin
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years' experience in a QS or AQS role (main contractor preferred)
- Good understanding of the construction process and interest in D&B projects
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Degree-qualified or working towards (or equivalent experience)
