An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction company within the Lincolnshire and surrounding areas undertaking a range of interesting and diverse projects.
Your role as Quantity Surveyor will give you the opportunity to utilise and develop your skills and provide support across the business and their projects, ensuring that delivery of projects is within agreed timelines and desired outcomes.

Key Requirements for the ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Experience of Conquest Software & Construction Manager would be desirable, however training will be given where required
HNC or equivalent.
Will consider candidates from a main contractor and a sub-contractor background
Will consider an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor
