Job Title: Project Manager (m/f/d) – Bridge and Civil Engineering

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) to independently manage and oversee modern civil engineering projects, with a focus on bridge construction. This role involves supporting projects through all phases of the relevant service stages, ensuring both technical and commercial project success while collaborating with clients, construction teams, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Independently manage and process civil engineering projects, specifically in bridge construction.
  • Project Support: Oversee projects through all relevant phases of the service stages.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact, coordinating and communicating technical project aspects with clients, construction sites, and authorities.
  • Technical & Commercial Responsibility: Take responsibility for the technical and commercial management of the project, ensuring its successful execution.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, authorities, specialist planners, and internal teams.
  • Offer Preparation: Assist in the preparation and processing of project offers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong economic understanding, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with industry-specific IT and calculation software (e.g., MB, GGU, InfoCAD, InfoGraph, SOFiSTiK, RSTAB, or similar).
    • High degree of independence, flexibility, and commitment.
  • Language: Fluency in German.
