Job Title: Building Services Manager
Location: Northwest
Salary: Open for discussion (DOE)
I am currently working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor who are looking to appoint an additional Building Services Manager to their team.
The Building Services Manager will play a key role in the delivery of projects across Healthcare, Industrial and MOJ/MOD sectors.
Reporting into the Head of Building Services, you will Manage the on-site design process at RIBA Stage 4 and 5 in accordance with Design Management processes and procedures.
Key Requirements:
-Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health System experience desirable.
- Worked across a range of sectors.
- Client will consider both a Main Contracting background or someone with an Engineering background who has worked for a sub-contractor/M&E company.
