Job Title: Building Services Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: open for discussion (DOE)
I am currently working on behalf of a Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an additional Building Services Manager to their team. The successful BSM will work on projects from preconstruction phases through to delivery.
Initial projects include a large industrial data centre where you will work reporting into the Project Manager.
Key Requirements:
-Strong M&E background (either main contracting or subcontractor background)
-Experience in the Preconstruction, Design and Delivery stages of projects.
-Worked on a range of projects in different sectors including but not limited to Industrial, Healthcare, Education and Commercial sectors.
