Civil Design Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer with experience in Clean Water and Waste Water Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. You will work on a range of projects, applying your technical expertise to Design, Plan, and Deliver effective solutions. This role will involve a mix of office-based design work, client meetings, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Allocation & Planning: Create, manage, and review designs using CAD, ensuring all work meets regulatory and client specifications.
- Project Support: Collaborate closely with project managers, providing technical guidance and input to keep projects on track, within scope, and under budget.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Lead discussions and negotiations to align with client objectives.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits as required to assess project progress, verify quality, and address on-site challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in Civil Engineering Design, with a focus on Clean Water and Wastewater Infrastructure.
- Experience with CAD (AutoCAD experience desirable)
- Attenuation Design and Flow Balancing (water).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in client negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to water infrastructure.
- 3+ years experience in Civils.
