We are looking for you as a civil engineer / construction technician as soon as possible
as a construction manager (f/m/d) fat the Munich location.


Responsibilities:-


- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors on the construction site
- Ensuring the Alignment of Construction Activities with Construction Planning
- Compliance with legal regulations (VOB, VV-Bau, VV-Bau STE) as well as quality assurance
- On-site contact person for those involved in the project, in particular for the customer's construction supervision. Review of subcontractors' measurements
- As a dedicated construction manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the construction measures assigned to you and will also take over the technical management on the construction site
- You will coordinate and monitor subcontractor services and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (e.g. clients, planners and authorities) in the preparation and implementation of construction projects
- In order to optimally manage your construction projects, you will carry out construction-related reporting that is based on performance, time and quality and use costing and cost accounting in a forward-looking and consistent manner
- Your tasks will also include recognizing and preparing supplementary offers and negotiating them with the client
- You will take over the technical management of the employees on the construction site and ensure the best possible conditions so that your team can carry out the work optimally (e.g. creating and checking working time sheets, measures to comply with occupational health and safety)
- Your exciting area of responsibility will be rounded off by the fact that you will be involved in special assignments and contribute your ideas.


Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience


- Degree in civil engineering (FH/TH/TU) or comparable technical training / several years of practical work experience
- Professional experience in the field of construction supervision / construction management
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills
- Good organization/time management
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to make regular business trips with the car provided to you, which can also be used privately
