Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to join our clients team for a high-value construction project exceeding €40 million. This multi-story development spans two structures and partially integrates with an existing facility, requiring expertise in extensive groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frameworks. The project also involves stone cladding, insulated render, curtain walling, and a comprehensive mechanical and electrical (M&E) package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations related to groundworks, enabling works, and reinforced concrete (RC) frames.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Monitor and ensure the highest safety standards on site, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Supervise the installation of block wall infills, stone cladding, and insulated render.
• Liaise with the M&E team to integrate the extensive M&E package into the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring work meets the required specifications and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civils Foreman on large-scale construction projects, preferably with a value over €20 million.
• Strong knowledge of RC frames, groundworks, and enabling works.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A solid understanding of construction processes, health and safety protocols, and project timelines.
