The Technical Coordinator Role:
An established and forward-thinking developer is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to oversee the design delivery for a multi-phase residential and mixed-use project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating design processes for complex builds, particularly involving concrete frames and lightweight steel frame (LWSF) structures.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in managing design processes from start to finish, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration with external consultants, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
To be considered for the Technical Coordinator position:·
- Degree in a technical or design-related discipline (Temporary Works Coordination certification desirable).
- Significant experience with masonry builds, lightweight steel frames (LWSF), and multi-structure projects.
- Familiarity with NHBC and LABC Building Regulations, including fire safety fundamentals.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a track record in delivering high-quality design coordination.
