The Engineer Role:
A well respected, private family owned house developer in Shropshire have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join the Design team. This developer pride themselves on building high quality homes and they are in a period of significant growth.
They have a strong land bank and are looking for someone with Engineering experience with experience working with or alongside a housing developer. The suitable candidate will be someone who is hungry to grow and develop with the company in the long term as well as having the ability to work in a quality focused environment. This role offers excellent opportunities for progression and personal development.
The successful candidate will w ork with internal and external design teams to ensure that technical submissions to statutory authorities are made in a timely manner and you will also obtain statutory approvals.
To be considered for the Engineer position:
- Degree or HND/C in Civil Engineering/Construction (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of current Building Regulations
- Knowledge of CDM regulations
- Minimum 1 year working for or alongside a housing developer
