Urgent requirement for a client of ours based in Northwich to be working on United Utilities framework as the Electrical Project Manager. The client is a subcontractor to Costain and are covering several projects from £20k - £30k and 2 projects with a value of £1m. The works will be repairing pipework and taking them in and out of the on UU sites. It will also be working on replacing scraper tanks and collecting reports.
The suitable candidate needs:
· Utilities WwTW background
· Previous experience working on several small projects
· Worked with smaller subcontractors
· Previous experience managing a team
· Worked as a Project Manager for 5 years or so.
· Electrical background/ bias
The Electrical Project Manager offer:
· Initial 6-month contract (The client is in a good position for the M&E Amp8 framework so potential for 5 years)
· Outside IR35 £400 - 440
· Sites cover Sandon Dock, Liverpool and Davy Hulmes. However, the client has won further work in Cheshire and Merseyside so potential for more sites. The head office is based in Northwich so around 30 miles from head office.
