The Development Engineer role:
A rapidly growing well established, cash rich housing developer have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join the team on private + bespoke housing projects in Peterborough and East Anglia.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Engineer in the housing sector and have a stable track record of employment and excellent attention to detail, as well as previous experience working within housing.

To be considered for the Development Engineer position:
- Housing background preferred
- Degree qualified in construction or similar field (desirable)Degree qualified in Engineering or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Engineer, Technical Coordinator (or similar) within house building
