ENGINEERING MANAGEROnsite in Devonport, Tues to Thurs every week (Monday and Friday can be worked from home)
Rate: Hourly rate, inside IR35. Happy to discuss but rates are dependent on experience. Up to circa £80 per hour considered.
SC Clearance will be required (UK Nationals only), BPSS to start.
Start date ASAP.
This is to work for a prestigious engineering consultancy, who has a long term scheme is looking for additional engineering support.
We are looking for someone who has worked / is working at Engineering Management level, on Major projects (for example Construction, Civil Infrastructure), and has working knowledge / experience within Design or Safety Engineering.
Ideally this would be either Mech or Electrical
Essentials;
Knowledge of Design and Safety.
Previous experience in Major projects (nuclear or non-nuclear)
Mechanical / Electrical / Civil experience - can have broad experience across all three or specialist in one
Able to set tasking / deal with queries, assess quality work of design and safety.
Make engineering decisions based on design options and approval of designs.
