Full-time Financial Accountant (m/f)
(Focus: Accounts Payable)

Tasks:

- Daily posting of accounts payable
- Independent clarification and monitoring of open items
- Responsible for processing and posting travel expense reports
- Preparation of payment proposals, execution of payments (electronically)
- Creating and reviewing internal invoices
- Interface between accounting and other departments
- Communication/clarifications with suppliers
- Support in optimizing and further developing the area of responsibility
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements (accruals)

Profile:

- Completed commercial vocational training (training as a tax clerk is an advantage)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable
- Basic knowledge of German VAT law
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Team orientation, motivation, and assertiveness
- Good comprehension and strong organizational skills
- SAP knowledge (FI), additional software skills are an advantage.
