About the role:
As the lead Architect you will design, project manage and deliver a broad range of exciting projects.
My client is particularly looking for lead Architect’s with tall building experience.
Responsibilities include:
-Leading multidisciplinary Design Teams as the Lead Architect on larger projects.
-Liaising with clients / contractors.
-Lead and manage the workload of a team.
Skills required:
-Be adept in Revit.
-Be able to apply technical judgement to ensure projects are compliant with
design standards.
-Have experience at stage 4 and onwards.
-Be willing to add to the collaborative approach the practice currently has.
