We are seeking a skilled M&E Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join a prestigious construction project in the Dublin area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Ireland's most reputable building contractors, known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a dynamic and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to the MEP Services Manager and Senior Engineer.
- Managing the progression of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services from inception to practical completion.
- Ensuring that all submissions are compliant with procedures and codification systems as per the document plan.
- Liaising effectively with on-site Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination.
- Overseeing project handovers and demonstrations, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Taking responsibility for acquiring the necessary technical knowledge, Health & Safety certifications, and personal development to meet both external regulations and internal performance standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial building projects.
- A solid background in Mechanical and/or Electrical services, supported by a degree or trade qualification in Building Services M&E.
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM software is essential.
- Prior experience on large-scale projects is highly desirable.
Package:
- A competitive salary ranging from €55,000 to €70,000, negotiable based on your experience and qualifications.
