Job Title: Managing Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £95,000 + Benefits

The Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you will:
- Provide leadership to a team of up to
- 8 Quantity Surveyors
- Ensuring performance and project success.
- Manage cost control and contracts on large framework projects, NEC3 contracts desirable
- Lead pre-construction work for two-stage tenders, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in a managing Quantity Surveyor role
- NEC3 experinece desirable
- Has experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors (desirable but not essential).
- Possesses excellent leadership and organisational skills.
