We are looking for either a Senior Transport Planner (min 7 years consultancy experience) who is ready to step up or an established Principal Transport Planner to join the office in Leeds. Obviously you will need to have a solid technical background (transport assessments, junctions modelling etc) and a detailed understanding of the planning process from concept to award, but critically this Principal will play a key role in managing valued clients for the business. It's imperative that you are comfortable in front of clients and that you can build strong relationships. You will be responsible for delivering the output to these clients and ultimately making sure that they are happy. This will mean that you will be the main point of contact whilst also being hands-on with project work, leading junior staff and providing technical excellence.

Based centrally in Leeds, we can offer hybrid working (2/3 days a week in the office) and a competitive market salary between £46k-£56k depending on experience.
