Project Delivery Manager
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join the Anglian Water IOS contract (integrated operational solutions) who work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation.

Your role as Project Delivery Manager will involve being wholly responsible for the implementation of strategic objectives through to BAU and the delivery of the contract safely, quality and commercial sustainability.

Key responsibilities for this Project Delivery Manager role:
- Manage revenue and margin in accordance with agreed budgets, prepare a detailed delivery plan from the business plan and ensure skilled, competent resources are identified and secured to meet the plan
- Plan contract terms, working methods, resources & systems to meet contract requirements & delivery timetables
- Develop efficient & integrated teams to ensure OBA & business targets are consistently outperformed, whilst overseeing the management of OBAs to minimise operational risk whilst ensuring controls are in place
- Work with all areas of the business and business partners to ensure full utilisation of resources whilst driving consistent performance in all processes, procedures and working practices
Experience required for this Project Delivery Manager role:
- Full understanding of current H&S Legislation, Water Law & Water Regulations, along with an awareness of HSWA & CDM
- Ensure the effective management of all teams so operations are carried out in a consistent & efficient manner resulting in excellent customer service, water quality & ensuring H&S standards are upheld
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality, environmental management standards and risk are assessed
