Project Manager - Freelance - North Wales - Heavy Civils
Currently working with a Sub-Contractor who are seeking a Freelance Project Manager to work on a key project for them in North Wales
This will be a contract position either paid CIS or LTD company and running for around 12 months in duration.
Requirements:
- Worked in accordance with NEC form of contract previously
- Able to Project Manage schemes around £5m - £10m in value
- Worked on projects such as Heavy Civils, Drainage, Tunnelling, Shaft Sinking
- Worked as a Project Manager working for Sub-Contractors previously
- Open to living away in North Wales
- Client facing and have a contratural mindset

Rate: £400 - £450 per day
