We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead an exciting new development in the Blackpool area. This project involves the construction of 100 state-of-the-art apartments, and we are looking for someone with a strong on-site background, ideally in carpentry, who can bring both technical expertise and leadership to the role. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of this residential development project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction with project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager with a main contractor or developer on residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale residential projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, project management tools, and safety regulations.
- Trade backround ideally from a carpentry backround.
- Full working rights in Ireland are mandatory for this role.
