Our client is a nationally-recognized multifamily developer and builder with over a dozen active projects across the United States. With an influx of work expected in the Arizona market, they're looking to expand their project team by adding a qualified multifamily Project Manager for an upcoming project.

Position Overview - Project Manager:
As multifamily Project Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities - Project Manager:

  • The Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Implement best practices for project management and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications - Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Project Manager role or 3-5 years experience in Assistant Project Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of managing multifamily projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
