Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Hybrid working with 1 day a week in Cumbria
Engagement : Freelance, Outside IR35
Day Rate : £350-£400 per day
Hours: 9am-5pm
Our client is a contractor who specialise in road construction and maintenance schemes. They have recently picked up numerous new projects and are preparing for a busy and successful few years ahead with sites covering all over the UK.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to bolster their commercial team and manage multiple projects at once.
The successful candidate will have a good civil engineering background, with proven level of experience of being commercially savvy and proactive. You need to be switched on individual who has gravitas and confidence.
Experience required for this Senior QS/ Quantity Surveyor role:
- Experience within civil engineering, preferably highways
- Strong capability within NEC
- Experience working for civil engineering/infrastructure companies
