Salary: £50,000–£55,000 Plus Package
About the Role:
Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to advance your career with a main contractor? We are seeking a talented professional to join our client’s Solihull office, specialising in commercial construction projects. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting internal refurbishment projects ranging from £200,000 to £8 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate valuations and cost assessments for projects.
- Managing accounts, ensuring compliance with financial targets and deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain project efficiency and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction, with a focus on quantity surveying.
- A solid background in main contracting, preferably within commercial background.
- Strong adaptability, hardworking individual
