You'll play a key role in delivering a £190M project in the West Midlands as part of the P23 framework, incorporating modular build elements.
With a reputation in the industry, this company operates across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, leisure, student accommodation, commercial, and luxury hotels, on projects valued between £30M and £200M.
Requirements:
- Main Contractor background
- 4 Years plus in the construction industry
- Experience in cost planning, procurement, and managing subcontractor packages.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project site
- NEC3 knowledge desirable
