What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Project Expertise: Residential, high-rise, or student accommodation projects
- Leadership: Confident in managing high-value projects as the commercial lead
- Background: Proven success within a main contracting environment
- Skills: Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently
- License: Full, clean UK driving license
