Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial and commercial aspects of residential new build projects.
- Prepare, monitor, and finalise budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
- Lead the procurement and tendering process to secure competitive and high-quality subcontractors.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost efficiency and high standards.
- Monitor and manage variations, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
