A growing housebuilding company in Cumbria is looking for Quantity Surveyors at all levels, including Trainee, Assistant, Quantity Surveyor, and Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Role
- Manage project costs, budgets, and procurement.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and negotiations.
- Conduct cost reviews, CVR reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure effective contract administration and timely payments.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
