We have an urgent requirements for a client of ours based in Northwich to be working on United Utilities framework as a Quantity Surveyor. The client is a subcontractor to Costain and are covering several projects from £20k - £30k and 2 projects with a value of £1m. The works will be repairing pipework and taking them in and out of the on UU sites. It will also be working on replacing scraper tanks and collecting reports.
The suitable candidate needs:
· Covers NEC & some JCT work
· Previous experience working on several small projects
· Worked with smaller subcontractors
· Previous experience working as a QS
The Project Manager offer:
· Initial 6-month contract (The client is in a good position for the M&E Amp8 framework so potential for 5 years)
· Outside IR35
· Sites cover Sandon Dock, Liverpool and Davyhulmes. The head office is based in Northwich where you’ll work from.
· Hybrid working
