Key Responsibilities
- Manage cost control and procurement processes for residential housing developments.
- Oversee trade contractor procurement and effectively manage construction contracts.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the residential housing sector.
- Experience with COINS software is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of contractor management and construction contracts.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a growing team.
