This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join Mobile Telecommunications Business to become an integral part of the Sales Team working in a hands-on sales environment with the aim of winning new business and securing long term, lucrative business-to-business contracts.

Your role as Sales Manager will give you the opportunity to work across the UK. Meet key Stakeholders / Decision makers to influence and drive new business conquests, present to the board and secure new business relations to increase business productivity and pipeline.


Key responsibilities and Requirements for this Sales Manager Specialist role:

- Develop new business opportunities for Microwave Radio Equipment and Fibre Optics equipment, Services and Turnkey Solutions.
- Being responsible for the Sales budget and customers assigned to the project portfolio.
- Create new business opportunities which will be presented as Business cases for approvals to the Board / Key Internal Stakeholders.
- Once opportunities have been identified, being accountable for the E2E Sales process phases (Trial, Commercial Contract Negotiation and Delivery of agreements, contracts and Day-to-day management of contractual stand up, right through to Invoicing and Payments)
- Collaborate and manage "cross-functional" activities involved in the sales cycle such as pre-sales, services, and customer support
- Detailed monthly report on opportunities/customers/competitors/issue, etc.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Telecommunications/Electronics
- 2+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having know-how of Telco infrastructure market
- Being aware of purchasing process within Telco operators
- Having a network of people both within operators and in the market
- Availability to travel and weekly personally meet customers
- 70% of the working time with Customers
