Position: Senior Design Manager
Company: Main Contractor
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £70,000-£80,000
An established, Tier 1, main contractor is looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their Midlands team. The successful Senior Design Manager will work closely with the project team managing the design process on a range of projects from preconstruction through to delivery.
This is a mix of both office and on site working.
Requirements:
- My client is looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' experience working for a main contractor
- Ideally some Residential/large scale developments and accomodation experience as well as other experience such as mixed use, commercial and industrial etc.
- Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (Degree / HNC/D)
- Driving licence is essential.
