A highly respected developer is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join their team for an exciting and substantial project: the construction of 160 houses in Kildare town. This project, set to span approximately 18 months, presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a reputable company on a significant and impactful development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with daily on-site tasks.
- Oversee, coordinate, and execute engineering functions.
- Ensure efficient control and dissemination of all technical information required for the project.
- Manage submittals and RFI submissions from development through design team approval.
- Submit requisitions for materials and equipment to the purchasing department.
- Maintain a site diary/log of daily activities.
- Monitor and enforce quality and work standards on site.
- Take full responsibility for setting out.
Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from €65,000 to €77,000.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally with a main Irish contractor.
- Extensive experience in setting out and levelling.
- Services experience is advantageous.
- Experience with precast concrete frames and steel roof frames.
- Experience in commercial and industrial building projects.
