Reputable contractor is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join their team for an exciting project: the construction of 500 apartments in Tallaght. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected company on a significant development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with daily on-site tasks.
- Oversee, coordinate, and deliver engineering functions.
- Ensure the efficient control and dissemination of all technical information needed for the project.
- Handle submittals and RFI submissions from development through design team approval.
- Submit requisitions for materials and equipment to the purchasing department.
- Maintain a site diary/log of daily activities.
- Monitor and enforce quality and work standards on site.
- Full setting out responsibility.
Benefits:
- Expensed company vehicle or mileage allowance.
- Competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €70,000.
Key Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally with a main Irish contractor.
- Extensive experience in setting out and levelling.
- Advantageous to have services experience.
- Experience with precast concrete frames and steel roof frames.
- Experience in commercial and industrial building projects.
