Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location : Teesside
Rate: £350 - £400 per day - Outside IR35
Duration: 24-month ongoing Freelance Contract
Payment: Ltd Company
My client is a successful contractor who holds an excellent reputation in the industry.
One of the sectors they specialise in, is in within mechanical scaffolding, pipes and paint. This role is Working on a multi-occupancy industrial area, originally a chemical plant, it has businesses in a variety of fields including energy generation, plastic recycling and process research.
Due to the continuing growth of the Business, they are now looking to take on an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor for a project due to start in Teesside.
The successful Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist them in their core market.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Scheduling of rates, and applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years Senior Quantity Surveying experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
