Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Manchester
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing a couple of project close outs and working on reconsiliation, Compensation events and Sub-Contract payments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the financial aspects of close out of projects including reconsiliation
- Collaborate with Senior Quantity Surveyors to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor and track project costs, assessing any changes or deviations from the original budget
- Familiarity with the NEC and able to work on bespoke forms of contract, change and cost process is essential
- Prepare accurate and detailed reports, providing valuable insights on project progress
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
