Position: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Oxfordshire
Engagement: Freelance
On site: Initial 5 days on site, then 1/2 days from home once settled
Day Rate: £375-£500 (Dependant on experience) Outside IR35
CSCS card required
I am currently working with a Civil Engineering Sub-contractor who have are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor for their HS2 project in Oxfordshire.
My client are tasked with a £15m tunnelling project, and anticipate the project to last up to 2 years. This is a site based role, they would like someone on site 5 days a week to begin with and then will allow hybrid working once you are settled.
This is a great opportunity for you to secure a long term contract with a very successful company.
Experience required for this role:
- NEC, preferably NEC 3 option B
- Subcontractor experience
- Drivers licence and access to vehicle
- Ability to get to site frequently
