Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Remote working with occassional travel
Rate: £500 per day (outside IR35)
Duration: 6-month ongoing contract
Ideal Experience: Rail, Highways, Bridges, Tunnelling
My client is looking for an experience Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor who has worked on ideally Rail, HS2, Highway & Bridge projects for some upcoming due to start in the New Year.
Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- Applications of payment, and revenue / reports
- Managing own diary
- Understand, prepare and present monthly cost/value reports.
- Preparation and management of sub-contracts.
- Maintaining appropriate commercial records in line with contract requirements
- Pre-Contract work, Tendering and Change Management
Key Experience for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
- 2+ years' experience, ideally with experience within a similar role
- Relevance degree or qualification in the field.
