Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus benefits

The Opportunity:
My client is one of the top 5 construction companies in the UK currently, with a reputation for prioritising support, development, and growth of all team members. They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on high value Healthcare schemes the West Midlands. As part of the P23 framework, this project is worth £190m. This scheme will also have an element of modular build so experience in this sector would be desirable.
They have an exceptional reputation and have built themselves an excellent name across the industry. They work in the Midlands across a range of sectors that include education, healthcare, leisure, student accommodation, commercial and luxury hotels. With projects typically ranging value from £30m - £200m.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity
The project will be in Shrewsbury and is part of the P23 framework, so a background working on healthcare schemes would be advantageous. This an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on some very prestigious projects with a company that can also offer excellent progression opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or 6yrs plus in the industry.
- Tier 1 main Contractor background
- Full UK Driving License
- Stable employment history
