Position: Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor who is currently working on a highways scheme in West Yorkshire.
Our client is looking for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the project. This contract would be outside IR35
Key responsibilities for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- Commercial management
- Financial reporting
- Contract knowledge
- Valuation and payments
- Contract valuations
- Measurement
Experience required for this Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 10 years construction industry experience working in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Worked on similar 'heavy civils schemes'
- Excellent knowledge of NEC form of contract
